Meet Restaurant manager Rosie
Rosie has been with us since 2005, having previously worked at Barnsdale Hall & Yew Lodge Hotel. Born and raised in Leicestershire, she has travelled Europe & America, working for 2 years in Spain.

As manager she has a hands on approach in the day to day running of our busy restaurant, looking after delegate & corporate business users during the day and the regular restaurant diners in the evenings and weekends.

Rosie's main focus is to maintain the high standards of food service and the up keep of staff training to provide an excellent customer service. Her recommended dish from the menu is Pan Seared Tuna Loin with caramelised water melon, pineapple chilli & rocket salad.
